Surat No.063/Set-Wanrah/BRR/08/2008 tanggal 23 Agustus 2008 dari Kepala Pelaksana Harian Sekretariat Dewan Pengarah BRR NAD Nias kepada Deputi Keuangan dan Perencanaan Perihal Pemberitahuan Risalah Rapat Koordinasi Penyusunan Nota Kesepahaman Penuntasan Program Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Wilayah dan Kehidupan Masyarakat Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam dan Kepulauan Nias Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Serta berisikan tentang berbagai surat yang digunakan dan juga memorandum Deputi Bidang Keuangan dan Perencanaan, Seri Kepala Pusat Pelaporan 2006-2009.
