TASK

The Statistical Archives and Tsunami Center (BAST) has the task of carrying out the acquisition, processing, preservation, as well as servicing and utilizing the static archives of central level state institutions in the Aceh Government area and the tsunami archives.

FUNCTION

1. Preparation of plans, programs and budgets, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting;
2. Implementation of the acquisition of the static archives of state institutions at the central level in the Aceh Government area and the tsunami archives;
3. Implementation of processing of the static archives of state institutions at the central level in the Aceh Government area and the tsunami archives;
4. Implementation of the preservation of the static archives of state institutions at the central level in the Aceh Government area and the tsunami archives;
5. Implementation of services and utilization of the static archives of state institutions at the central level in the Aceh Government area and as a learning center for the tsunami archives; and
6. Implementation of administration, filing, program planning and budgeting as well as reporting, finance, staffing, equipment and household affairs.
